Model, actress, and popular Internet personality Nesrin Sanad was one of several global key opinion leaders (KOL) who attended the 13th annual Happy Hearts Charity Gala in Prague to raise money for multiple efforts aiding children in compromised countries. The event took place on June 9, 2023, and focused on causes such as empowerment and education for young girls all over the world. The gala also raised funds to rebuild schools displaced by natural disasters, which is the primary mission of Happy Hearts Czech, the non-profit institution that organizes the event every year.
The event is the brainchild of Happy Hearts founders Petra Němcová and Karolína Bosáková, both of whom are also known for their extensive experience as models in the fashion industry. Other prominent attendees at the event included Eva Pavlová, the First Lady of the Czech Republic.
In addition to taking part in the festivities, Nesrin and her husband personally donated funds to the organization which would help schools in compromised counties. In the past, she has also supported charities such as the Samui Elephant Kingdom, an elephant sanctuary, clinic, and conservation organization in Koh Samui, Thailand.
Along with her charitable efforts, Nesrin has recently been recognized for her efforts to promote kindness, positivity, and generosity through her online presence. She received the Motivational Lifestyle Influencer of the Year Award at the 2022 World Influencers and Bloggers Awards, which doubled as a fundraising event to help people affected by the ongoing Russia-Ukraine War.

At Fashion Week, she has also represented luxury brands such as Gucci and Chanel.
